PREPARATORY COURSE FOR CAMBRIDGE INTERNATIONAL EXAMINATIONS (ADVANCED SUBSIDIARY AND ADVANCED LEVEL)- Singapore

designed for international students who need advanced study to prepare for university and higher education.

The curriculum expands the learners’ knowledge, understanding and skills in in-depth subject content, independent thinking, handling and evaluating different types of information source, thinking logically and presenting ordered and coherent arguments, making judgements, recommendations and decisions, as well as presenting reasoned explanations, understanding implications and communicating them clearly and logically. In addition, this course comprises of four (4) core subjects which constitute General Paper, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and one (1) elective subject in Accounting, Business or Economics.

At the end of the two years, students will be well-prepared and ready to sit for the Cambridge International AS and A Level Examinations. Upon successful completion, students will be awarded the Certificate of Completion of the Preparatory Course for Cambridge International Examinations (Advanced Subsidiary and Advanced Level) by DIMENSIONS International College as well as the Cambridge General Certificate of Education AS and A Level by Cambridge International Examinations. Nationally recognised, these qualifications heighten the students’ chances of seeking admission to leading universities both locally and globally.
